Feature a creature? or question his reply?

Stare in awe at it’s stature and ask yourself why

it is awesome or questionable to aspire to creature comforts –

and would this creature prefer canopes, nibbles or vol-au-vents?

– or a hearty cooked dinner ready long before eight?

– or perhaps he’ll eat me cos he can’t stand the wait!

Oh isn’t it awful? – to fear for your life

from imaginary creatures, dreamt up for strife

and to strive for some writing that once here began

from question and awe here this creature so sprang.
